Cambodia e-Arrival Form: Mandatory for All Travelers Starting July 2024

Until September 2024, It’s ONLY apply to traveler enter via International Airport. There is not required yet for Border or Land Crossing traveler.

Starting in July 2024, Cambodia has introduced a mandatory e-Arrival Form (CeA) for all travelers entering the country. This digital form must be submitted 7 days prior to your arrival, replacing the traditional yellow immigration card. The e-Arrival form streamlines the process, combining three essential documents into one:

  • Immigration Form
  • Health Declaration Form
  • Customs Declaration

Both foreigners and Cambodian citizens are required to complete this form before arrival in Cambodia.

How to Get the Cambodia e-Arrival Form (CeA)?

You can access the e-Arrival Form through two official platforms:

Once you’ve submitted the form, you will receive a QR code via the app, which must be presented upon arrival. A printed copy is also highly recommended to avoid any technical issues at the airport.

Important Note:

The e-Arrival Form is separate from a visa. All travelers must submit the e-Arrival form regardless of visa status. Your visa will depend on your nationality and the type of visa you require for entry.

Be sure to complete your e-Arrival Form at least 7 days before your flight to ensure a smooth arrival process in Cambodia.
